Tampere Photo Trophy

The city of Tampere becomes one of the main stages

of the 19th Raid Photo Paris-North Cape.

More than 80 people from all over France, Switzerland and Belgium will arrive on August 15, 2019 on Tampere. A press conference will be organized and will allow a meeting with the Finnish participants of the Tampere Photo Trophy. For three days, these women, these men (also these children) will travel through the region of Tampere to take the most beautiful pictures, while respecting the photographic themes proposed.

On August 17, 2019, a jury of ten important Instagramers will choose the most beautiful images. A new press conference will be organized in order to project and exhibit the most beautiful images of this Tampere Photo Trophy. The French speaking winner will win a trip to Tampere (but in winter) and the Finnish winner will win a trip to Paris, to witness the arrival of the 19th Raid Photo Paris-North Cape (and of course visit the capital). So people from Tampere (and all over Finland) if you like to take photos, don’t hesitate to sign up for this great Tampere Photo Trophy !!!

Thursday 15

  • First press conference at 12.00. We give you the all program with the photo themes. Official beginning of the “Tampere Photo Trophy”
  • Yous will drive in direction to the Helvetinjärvi National Park. You will take photos until late in the evening. Guide just one hour at the beginning.
  • Night at the farm camping “Kaitajärven” (with wood burning sauna). It’s not an obligation.

Friday 16

  • The participants drive in direction to the Seitseminen National Park.
  • 11.00, you drive in direction to the center of Tampere. You will have the all afternoon until late in the evening to take pictures.
  • Check point from 21.00 to 23.00 for the collect of pictures.
  • Night in the middle of the nature, neer a lake. It’s not an obligation.

Saturday 17

  • 8.00 to 12.00 Organization of the Photo Jury with Instagramers.
  • 13.00 Press conference in the center of Tampere.

Prizes for the winners : Tampere trip in winter. Special prizes for the Tampere inhabitants : Paris trip for tehj arrival of the Paris-North Cape. Special prizes for the children : a great surprise. Other prizes offered by our partners : City of Tampere, Visit Finland, Kameratori, Finlayson and North Cape Organization.
